From 1 October 2026, Croatian retailers and service providers that have a website must publish their price lists there as machine-readable XML or CSV files — not a PDF, a photo or a web page meant only for reading. Cjenik turns the price list you already have into those files, without retyping anything.
What the rule asks
The Odluka o objavi cjenika proizvoda i usluga kao mjera izravne kontrole cijena (NN 101/2026) requires, in short:
- price lists in .xml or .csv, published on the business’s own website;
- products: updated once a day, by 08:00; services: updated on every change, by 08:00;
- each version kept available for 30 days, with file names that identify the point of sale and the time.
This is a plain-language summary, not legal advice; the text in Narodne novine is what applies.
How Cjenik works
- Photograph or upload your existing price list.
- Confirm the rows Cjenik has read from it.
- Confirm your business by OIB and verify a phone number.
- Publish — you get the XML and CSV files to link from your website, a public page, a QR code for the counter, and an unchangeable archive of every version you have published.
Who it is for
Small shops, cafés, salons and workshops that have a price list and a website, and would rather not maintain data files by hand.
